HELIOS Support

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a HELIOS® Product you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the ship date and you may be eligible for a refund in accordance this Returns Policy or with our Terms of Service.

We are shipping direct to customers in the United States and Canada. HELIOS is currently available in North America with plans to expand to Europe in the near future. We work hard to ship out all orders as fast as we can.

Return and Shipping Policies

The HELIOS app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store under HELIOS App. We have many articles to walk through everything from downloading the app, charging the device, updating the firmware, setting up the app to your preferences including setting up a parent profile for multiple players, pairing your Core to the phone, and more. Simply wear your HELIOS Core during a game that is recorded on LiveBarn, Veo, iOS or Android and our technology will automatically cut your shifts from the full game video so you can instantly watch, share or download your highlights.

The Core sensor is intended to be one-per-player. We developed HELIOS to build a unique baseline model for each player and to "learn" more about their skating stride over time. Since we cannot offer the full value to multiple players sharing a Core, we recommend each player have their own Core sensor. However, we have a way for parents to be able to set up profiles to view multiple players, check out the article here to learn more:
