To get started using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) with HELIOS, you&apos;ll just complete the below one-time HR setup steps. You will need the HELIOS App and your Core sensor for this.<ol><li>Go to Profile &gt; Settings &gt; Devices</li><li>Tap the + symbol in the top right</li><li>Select your HRM device manufacturer</li><li>Click Search&#xA0;and select your HRM device from the list<ul><li>Note: most HRM devices need to be put on your skin to turn on and become visible</li></ul></li><li>Tap Check for Updates to with your Core awake and nearby (on charger keeps the Core awake)</li></ol>IMPORTANT: Step 5 is critical and configures your Core sensor with your specific HRM device. Heart Rate data will not show in your HELIOS sessions until it is completed.
