To get started using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) with HELIOS, you'll just complete the below one-time HR setup steps. You will need the HELIOS App and your Core performance sensor for this.
In addition to the steps outlined in One Time HR Setup, WHOOP users need to enable the Broadcast Heart Rate slider inside the WHOOP App under Account & Settings > Device Settings as shown below:.
