If you are experiencing any issues with syncing, please confirm the below:

To return the Core and App to a known state, perform the below actions:

  1. Swipe up to hard quit the HELIOS App
  2. Place your Core on the wireless charging pad
  3. Re-launch the HELIOS App
  4. Confirm a battery percentage in the top right of the Activity tab and press the SYNC button again
