Troubleshoot SyncingUpdated a year ago
If you are experiencing any issues with syncing, please confirm the below:
- Bluetooth is turned ON and you have either WiFi or Cellular Data (e.g. LTE, 5G)
- Your smartphone is running the latest HELIOS App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Your Core is running the latest firmware. See Updating Core Firmware for guidance.
To return the Core and App to a known state, perform the below actions:
- Swipe up to hard quit the HELIOS App
- Place your Core on the wireless charging pad
- Re-launch the HELIOS App
- Confirm a battery percentage in the top right of the Activity tab and press the SYNC button again
