It is important to keep your HELIOS Core performance sensor running the latest firmware for best results. 

Latest Firmware: August 19, 2024 (8/19/24).

To perform an update follow the below steps:

1. Place your Core on the wireless charging pad and launch the HELIOS App
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Devices > [Core] > Software Updates
3. Press the UPDATE FIRMWARE button under the FW UPDATE 8/19/24 label which will update your Core from 0% to 100%. Note: this takes about 90 seconds.
4. Once complete the UPDATE FIRMWARE button will remain but you can confirm your update using the GET CURRENT FIRMWARE button to see a pop-up which shows the matching date of August 19, 2024
5. IMPORTANT NOTE: this version requires you to restart your smartphone or tablet after installing
