Troubleshoot Invalid SessionsUpdated an hour ago

If you've synced a session and are seeing “Invalid Session Length or Amount of Data”, this means the session didn’t capture enough skating to be considered valid. 

There are a few commons reasons which you'll see listed on the session's tile on the Activity tab:

  • User Stopped Short - a session was stopped short before sufficient skating occurred.
  • Auto Stopped for Inactivity - your device didn't see skating for 15 minutes.
  • Auto Stopped for Low Battery - your battery ran low before sufficient skating occurred.
  • Auto Stopped for Incorrect Mounting - your device is not mounted correctly for proper data collection.
  • Auto Stopped on Charger - your device was placed charger which ended the session.
