Syncing Session DataUpdated a year ago

After a session is stopped, the HELIOS App will automatically attempt to sync that session. In order to sync this time the iOS or Android device running the HELIOS App must remain close to the Core for Bluetooth connectivity and must also have internet connectivity (LTE, 5G, WiFi).

If this first syncing attempt does not go through, perhaps due to the player wearing the Core going into a locker room away from the iOS or Android device running the HELIOS App, this is no problem. All of the performance data is stored locally in the Core and can be synced anytime after the session (e.g. in the car or back home).

To start syncing any pending sessions, just tap the SYNC button on the Activity tab with the Core awake and nearby (on charger keeps the Core awake).
