Summary: Getting your Cores and Team Charging Case ready for the season.

To ensure a smooth experience for your coaches and players, follow these steps to organize your hardware (Case & Cores) before your first team meeting.

HELIOS - Unboxing Your Core

• Unbox & Attach Strap: Remove each HELIOS Core from its packaging and immediately attach the included orange velcro mounting strap. Attach the strap by threading the black tip through the front of one side of the Core and wrapping around to the velcro end. 
  

• Label the Cores: Using a label maker or permanent marker, label the white space on the back of each Core with the player’s name and/or jersey number (e.g., #19 SMITH). Each player gets their own core. Cores are not meant to be shared or worn by multiple players. 
  

• Label the Charging Case: Place a corresponding label on the charging slot inside the Team Case. Pro Tip: Assigning a specific slot to a specific player makes it easy to see at a glance if a Core is missing.
  

• Initial Charge: Place all Cores into their labeled slots in the Team Charging Case. Plug the case into a wall outlet and allow it to charge overnight.
  

  • Solid Green Light: The Core is charging.

  • Blinking Green Light: The Core is not seated properly; press it firmly into the slot until the light stays solid green. 

  • Red Light: The charging pad is disconnected or there is an error with the charging pad.
