Follow the below steps to generate your instant shift videos for a game (or drill run videos for a practice/skills) recorded on an iPhone, iPad or Android. These steps are best done on a computer. 

1. Transfer the video off your iPhone, iPad or Android to your computer (e.g. AirDrop or similar)
2. Login to the HELIOS Dashboard (Note: use the same email and password as the HELIOS App)
3. Select the Session from Recent Sessions
4. Click Add Session Videos
5. Select Apple or Android from the options for video format
6. Select all of the iPhone, iPad or Android video(s) (from Step 1) for the session and click Upload
7. Instantly watch or download your highlights on the HELIOS Dashboard or in the HELIOS App!
